                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 813
                   WINDING HILLS LANE, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE
                   OF WINDING HILLS LANE NORTHWEST OF WINDING
                   LANE, FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-2
                   RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 813 Winding Hills Lane,
                being on the northeast line of Winding Hills Lane
                northwest of Winding Lane.  Lot 16, Revised Plat of
                Winding Hills, as shown by plat of record in plat
                book 21, page 84, ROHC; being the property
                described in deed book 4630, page 349, ROHC.  Tax
                Map No. 99L-C-26.
               
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to R-2 Residential Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
